Andrea Isaacs is the founder of Cloud Nine Catering in Old Saybrook, CT and co-owner of the Lace Factory in Deep River. Andrea has experience in all levels of restaurant management, food preparation, presentation, catering, menu design, teaching, and yes, the list goes on and on. She graduated from the UNH Hotel Restaurant program and has managed many well respected restaurants including, Le Peep in Denver, The Gathering in Milford, CT and the Bistro in Guilford, CT, before opening Cloud Nine in Old Saybrook, CT.
Cloud Nine was an instant success offering impassioned food with a creative flair. Cloud Nine continues as a local favorite 17 years later.
Andrea developed a love for cheeses and after making and aging cheese at Cato Corners in Colchester, CT, attending classes for certifications and completing a “Master Class” at Artisanal in NYC, she has broadened her offerings to include the finest cheese flavors for private parties and larger catering affairs.
The Lace Factory is an alternative to more traditional banquet facilities. It is both timeless and contemporary and perfectly located on the Connecticut River.
