April 25 : A Mediterranean Medley

Chef Daniel Chong-Jimenez, founder of ChefDesigned, the exciting new local gourmet prepared meals company, presents an evening of Mediterranean flare featuring a starter of Mission Figs with Morsels of Shaved Serrano Ham and Manchego Cheese Drizzled with Pomegranate Balsamic Syrup. For the second course, Chef Daniel presents Seared Asparagus in Tomato & Walnut Broth with Savory Greek Yogurt Garnish followed by a Connecticut Native Seafood Paella. The evening finishes sweetly with Mini Mocha Lava Cakes.  For your further enjoyment, all courses will be expertly paired with wines chosen by Renee B. Allen, Certified Specialist of Wine and co-founder of ChefDesigned.
