Chef Daniel Chong-Jimenez, embraced healthy cooking early in his professional career. First at Miraval Life in Balance Resort in Tucson, Arizona, then Red Mountain Resort and Spa in St. George, Utah and lastly at The Spa at Norwich Inn. “My challenge is to transform healthy cooking into elegant, appealing and satisfying food. I am focused on highly nourishing locally-grown ingredients: quality proteins, monounsaturated fats, nutritionally dense vegetables and fruits and whole grains. My goal is to create meals that look decadent, taste great and are good for you,” said Chong-Jimenez. Chef Daniel is currently working on a new venture to provide delicious, nutritious and healthy meals in a convenient format.
