Join Sarah and Chris Flahaven, Executive Chef at the River Tavern, for a night of Holiday baking. The class will allow you to bring creativity and new techniques to your Holiday table . We’re sure this class will add a new dimension to you holiday dessert table. Yule logs have long symbolized the epitome of holiday sweets, and in this class we’ll show you how much fun creating this and other crowd pleasing desserts can be. The menu will consist of a yule log, cream puffs, chocolate mousse and date nut balls.
Classes start at 6 pm and run until 9 pm
Class size limited to 10 . $75 per person.
