In addition to culinary techniques and nutritional concepts, she teaches practical tools for self-care that keep her students from feeling deprived as they meet their health goals.
Emrys’ has traveled the globe, studied Integrative Nutrition superfood superstars, created organic vegan meals at yoga retreats, taught private classes and she has contributed her significant skills at the “Dinners at the Farm” series. She maintains her strong connection to the raw foods and superfoods community and continues her work as a certified holistic health counselor at her private practice, Wellness with Food.
