CANNING with Chef Queen and the SUNDAY CHESTER MARKET

Join Chef Queen for a day of canning! Weather you have your own garden filled with veggie abundance or enjoy the local farmers offerings, you will learn how to preserve your produce for future use. We will explore canning techniques, safety and preperation. All ingredients willl be purchased from the Chester’s Sunday Farmers Market abundance of the season! The menu will include roasted leek & tomato jam, tomato ketchup and whatever else we find of interest at the market on that day! Small jars will be provided so samples may be brought home for you to enjoy at a later date! Come support your local Farmers!
