These 4 main dishes will enable you to make 3 types of burgers, risotto cake, shepherds pie and kabocha squash, with a new spin that will make your family and friends happy to eat vegetarian!

Asian risotto cakes crusted in sesame seeds served with shiitakes and glazed tofu with microgreens
Tempeh shepards pie topped with cauliflower mash and filled with autumn veggies
Stuffed kabocha squash with chestnuts, pecans, shiitakes, cranberries and rice as a side or main dish
Burgers 3 ways: black bean burgers, tempeh burgers, red lentil burgers

All participants will take home recipes, knife skills, knowledge and a good memories!
