Sarah welcomes chef Thomas Peterlik to The Upstairs Kitchen’s inaugural class. Together we are delighted to prepare a 4 course “fall season” focused menu. The class will prepare Butternut Squash with Apples and Onions in brown butter with a touch of ginger. This classic fall soup will be followed by a salad composed of the freshest available local greens and root vegetables. The main course chosen for the evening is a chicken roulade with purple smashed potatoes and a butternut squash gratin seasoned with fresh sage. For the final course Thomas will present his signature Austrian Apple Strudel. The Upstairs Kitchen looks forward to sharing the skill and talents of noted area Chefs with you!
