COCKTAIL PARTY WITH A VEGETARIAN / VEGAN FLARE
Anne Gallager joins us for a fun night of partying as we learn to make creative and delicious vegetarian and vegan hors d’ oeuvres. Our featured fanfare will be fabulous summer rolls made with local tofu from the Bridge stuffed with vegetables and tossed in an asian sauce . Thai lettuce wraps will be a vegan delight that no one can resist. Black bean tartlets will be showcased with a spicy crust as will Anne’s version of the slider but vegan style. We will also be getting our hands on the dough and turning out our own specially designed focaccias. All small bites can be made on a larger fare for a complete summer dinner party vegetarian style.
